Returns & Exchanges

Policy

Due to the nature of our products & the importance of keeping the safety of all our #mpfurbabies at the forefront, Moroccan Pooch does not accept any returns on beauty products (such as Shampoos, Conditioners or Treatments). All Beauty products are final sale and are not eligible for refund, exchange or store credit.

Any accessories purchased are eligible for a refund or exchange if returned within 30 days of purchase. You must contact customercare@moroccanpooch.com within 14 days of receipt and instructions on how to return the product will be sent to you.

Moroccan Pooch does not accept any returns/exchanges from product purchased from one of our distributors or retailers. You may contact the location where you purchased the product and check with their personal return policy.

Damaged Items

In the rare case that a product you purchased is damaged or defective, please call customer service by phone 1-844-387-5683 or email customercare@moroccanpooch.com immediately (within 14 days of receipt of product). The customer will need to provide a detailed description of the defect and a proof of purchase.

Conditions

Should you wish to return any accessory purchased on moroccanpooch.com, please ensure all items be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused. You must contact customercare@moroccanpooch.com before you return for instructions. Any returned merchandise that was “returned to sender” prior to contacting Moroccan Pooch customer care is not eligible for a refund. All parcels that were “never picked up” and therefore “returned to sender” are also not eligible for a refund. Moroccan Pooch does not cover the cost of returns and shipping charges (going to you & coming back to us) are the responsibility of the client. There is also a 15% re-stocking fee on all returned accessories.

Shipping charges on expedited orders are not refundable.
